Refund & Cancellation Policy

Hex Softwares Pvt. Ltd. provides digital examination services and educational internship allocations. Please read our policy regarding fees and cancellations.

1. ₹99 Skill Assessment Registrations

Assessment registration fees (₹99) grant instantaneous access to our proctored assessment system and cloud infrastructure. Because credentials and server resources are provisioned on demand immediately, assessment fees are generally non-refundable once an attempt is commenced or accessed.

2. Technical Failures & Double Charges

In the event of an inadvertent double deduction by the payment gateway or an unresolvable server failure before the test has begun, candidates may email payments@hexsoftwares.com with their Razorpay Payment ID. Verified claims are refunded to the original payment source within 5-7 business days.
